You are responsible for the safety of anyone using the kayak. Life jackets are compulsory for everyone (adults and children alike). A kayak can carry a maximum load of 240 kg, for a total of 3 people.
Minors (under 18) must always be accompanied by an adult in the boat. We accept no liability in the event of failure to comply with this clause or in the event of an accident. After use, the kayaks must be stored in the shelter provided for this purpose, and the door locked by you.
